Warranty
Our handbags and footwear are made using only leather from Italian tanneries and they are crafted with great attention to every little detail.
In fact, we believe in our craftsmen, our materials and our designs so strongly that we warranty them against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years. This warranty applies to product materials and construction under responsible use.
Our lifetime guarantee is a warranty against defects in materials (leather and hardware such as snaps, zippers, buckles, rivets, etc.) and workmanship. Our leather, as with all natural materials, will occasionally have unique characteristics such as: small scars, creases and variations in the color and are not considered defects. We love the leathers we use because they do break in and look beautiful with age. Because leather is a natural material, there will be subtle variations in each item and the leather will wear over time. All leather products require periodic care. Please look at the "Leather Care" section on our website.
Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. If one of these non-warranty scenarios occurs, please Contact Us to receive a quote for non-warranty repairs.
